Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Add broccoli florets. Stir and cover for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
