- 4 lbs turkey
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup green beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Rub the turkey with butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about 3 hours.
- In a pot, boil the cauliflower until tender, then drain.
- Blend the cauliflower with heavy cream and cheese until smooth.
- Steam the green beans until tender.
- Serve the turkey with cauliflower mash and green beans.
