Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the turkey with butter and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place turkey in roasting pan and roast for 3-4 hours.
- Steam cauliflower and green beans until tender.
- Blend cauliflower with heavy cream and cheese to make mash.
- Serve turkey with vegetable mash on the side.
