Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into tartlet pans.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, lime juice, and zest until smooth.
  6. Fill baked tart shells with the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Top with sliced kiwis.
  8. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
