- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While meatballs bake, prepare rice and steam mixed vegetables.
- Assemble bowls with rice at the bottom, topped with meatballs and vegetables.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
