Description
Korean BBQ meatballs served with a spicy mayo dip.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, gochujang, and rice vinegar to create the dip.
- Serve meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level of the dip by adding more or less gochujang.
- These meatballs can be grilled for a smoky flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
