A delicious and colorful Korean beef bibimbap bowl featuring seasoned beef, fresh vegetables, rice, and a fried egg.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 200g ground beef
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and gochujang. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a separate pot, blanch spinach in boiling water for 1 minute.
- Prepare carrots and cucumber by julienning them.
- Fry an egg sunny side up in the same pan.
- Assemble the bowl: start with rice, add beef, vegetables, and top with the fried egg.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- This dish can be served cold or hot.
