Description

Korean country ribs are tender and flavorful, marinated in a savory sauce and grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Korean country ribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
  2. Place the ribs in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove ribs from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  7. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
