Ingredients

- 2 pounds Korean country ribs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
- Place the ribs in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove ribs from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Adjust the marinade ingredients to your taste.
- Serve with steamed rice and kimchi.
