Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups of rice cake (tteok)
- 10 cups of beef broth
- 1 cup of sliced beef
- 2 cups of vegetables (carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak rice cakes in water for a few hours.
- Boil beef broth in a pot.
- Add sliced beef and cook until tender.
- Add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add soaked rice cakes and cook until soft.
- Fry eggs and slice them into strips.
- Serve soup topped with egg strips and drizzle with sesame oil.
