Ingredients

- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 pound of beef, sliced
- 1 cup of sliced carrots
- 1 cup of shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté beef until browned.
- Add carrots and mushrooms; cook until tender.
- In a separate pan, scramble eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine rice with beef mixture and stir well.
- Top with scrambled eggs and green onions before serving.
