Description
A delicious lamb chops dish served over creamy lobster mash with a side of asparagus.
Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops
- 2 cups lobster meat, cooked
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In a pot, combine mashed potatoes, lobster meat, heavy cream, and butter. Mix until smooth.
- In another pot, boil asparagus for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Plate the lobster mash, top with lamb chops, and serve asparagus on the side.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for desired doneness of lamb.
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Asparagus can be grilled instead of boiled.
