- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Layer lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, ground beef, and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers, finishing with marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

- Use whole wheat noodles for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
