Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. On each noodle, spread an even layer of the cheese mixture.
  6. Carefully roll up each noodle and place seam side down in the baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the rolls and top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
