- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- On each noodle, spread an even layer of the cheese mixture.
- Carefully roll up each noodle and place seam side down in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over the rolls and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For a meat variation, add cooked ground beef or sausage to the cheese mixture.
