Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
  3. Add feta cheese and Italian dressing. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Layer the salad in a serving dish or bowl.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
