A colorful and flavorful layered pasta salad.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
- Add feta cheese and Italian dressing. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Layer the salad in a serving dish or bowl.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Customize with your favorite vegetables.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
