Ingredients

- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, cheese, green onions, milk, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

- Add cooked bacon or herbs for extra flavor.
