A delicious way to use leftover prime rib in a flavorful sandwich.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 4 ounces of leftover prime rib, thinly sliced
- 1 slice of cheese (your choice)
- 1 tablespoon of horseradish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Spread horseradish sauce on one slice of bread and mayonnaise on the other.
- Layer the prime rib and cheese between the slices of bread.
- Butter the outer sides of the sandwich.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
