- 2 cups shredded leftover prime rib
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Stir in shredded prime rib, beef broth, and garlic powder.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
