Description
This recipe uses leftover Thanksgiving turkey to create a delicious and hearty turkey soup.

- 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup noodles
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onions, carrots, and celery until soft.
- Add shredded turkey and stir for a few minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add noodles and thyme, cooking until noodles are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Use any leftover turkey parts.
