Instructions

  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. In another bowl, whisk eggs and granulated sugar until smooth.
  7. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder to the egg mixture.
  8. Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust.
  9. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  10. Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
