Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken and slice it.
  5. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and return chicken to the skillet.
  8. Combine with cooked pasta and mix well.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
