Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  4. Add egg, milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
