Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Add the egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
  6. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  7. Roll dough into balls and coat each ball in powdered sugar.
  8. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
  10. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
