- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat up and out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest, then season with salt and pepper.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with the butter mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- For added flavor, broil the lobster tails for the last 2 minutes.
