  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the meat up and out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and zest, then season with salt and pepper.
  7. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with the butter mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
