Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
