Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken wings with the mixture.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust lemon and pepper to taste.
- Serve with dipping sauce if desired.
