Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar together.
- Add lemon zest and juice, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Form the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
