Delicious lemon-flavored truffles that melt in your mouth.
Ingredients

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until just simmering.
- Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips.
- Stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Add lemon juice and lemon zest; mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll each truffle in powdered sugar.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use fresh lemons for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
