Description

Delicious lemon-flavored truffles that melt in your mouth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until just simmering.
  2. Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips.
  3. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
  4. Add lemon juice and lemon zest; mix well.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  7. Roll each truffle in powdered sugar.
  8. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
