Ingredients

- 4 limes, juiced and zested
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup pectin
Instructions
- Wash and zest the limes.
- Juice the limes and set aside.
- Combine lime juice, zest, and water in a pot.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Bring to a boil, then add pectin.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

- Store in a cool, dark place.
