- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steamed cauliflower and mix well.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can substitute bacon with turkey bacon for a lighter option.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like broccoli or bell peppers.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
