Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the steamed cauliflower and mix well.
  5. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
