Description

Delicious loaded sliced baked potatoes topped with cheese, bacon, and green onions.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes.
  3. Slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  4. Place the sliced potatoes on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the cheese and bacon over the potatoes.
  8. Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.
  9. Top with green onions and serve with sour cream.
