Description

Loaded steak quesadillas are a delicious blend of grilled steak, cheese, and vegetables, all melted together in a tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced steak and season with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook steak until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper and onion to the skillet; cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Place a tortilla in the skillet; sprinkle half with cheese.
  7. Add steak and vegetable mixture on top of cheese.
  8. Sprinkle more cheese on top and fold the tortilla.
  9. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  10. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  11. Cut into wedges and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use any type of cheese you prefer.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or spinach.
  • Serve with salsa or guacamole.
