  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in lobster and shrimp, cook for 2 minutes.
  5. In a separate pot, whisk flour into the milk over medium heat until it thickens.
  6. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the milk, stir until melted.
  7. Combine cooked macaroni with cheese sauce and seafood mixture.
  8. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  9. Transfer to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
