- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in lobster and shrimp, cook for 2 minutes.
- In a separate pot, whisk flour into the milk over medium heat until it thickens.
- Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the milk, stir until melted.
- Combine cooked macaroni with cheese sauce and seafood mixture.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Adjust cheese types based on preference.
- Can be made ahead and baked later.
