A delicious lobster ravioli served with a rich lemon butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 package of lobster ravioli
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the lobster ravioli according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest.
- Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen lobster ravioli.
- Adjust lemon juice to taste.
- Can substitute parsley with basil for a different flavor.
