- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter and cream cheese together in a bowl.
- Mix in the erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add the almond flour and baking powder, and blend until smooth.
- Form the dough into a ball and place it on a baking sheet.
- Flatten the dough and create a small well in the center.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
