A delicious low carb high protein cookie dough made with Greek yogurt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, almond flour, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add baking powder and salt, and stir until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  7. Let cool before serving.
