Ingredients

  • 4 lbs turkey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
  4. Roast the turkey for 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. In a pot, boil water and add riced cauliflower and green beans until tender.
  6. Drain and mix with cream cheese and parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve the turkey with cauliflower and green beans on the side.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley.
