Ingredients

- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain and mash cauliflower.
- Mix in cheddar, cream cheese, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
