- 1 packet instant yeast

- 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for icing)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
- Spread butter on the dough, sprinkle with sugar, and roll it up tightly.
- Cut the roll into equal pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make the icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
