Instructions

  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  7. Fill each circle with your chosen filling.
  8. Seal the edges and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  10. Dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving.
