Description
A delicious treat combining chocolate, marshmallows, and Maltesers.
Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g butter
- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 150g marshmallows
- 100g Maltesers
- 50g icing sugar
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the crushed digestive biscuits.
- Add the marshmallows and Maltesers to the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined baking tray and press down firmly.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Once set, cut into squares and dust with icing sugar.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be kept in the fridge for up to one week.
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruit.
