Description

A delicious treat combining chocolate, marshmallows, and Maltesers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 150g marshmallows
  • 100g Maltesers
  • 50g icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the crushed digestive biscuits.
  3. Add the marshmallows and Maltesers to the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking tray and press down firmly.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  6. Once set, cut into squares and dust with icing sugar.

  • Can be kept in the fridge for up to one week.
