Description
Delicious mango crumb bars with a buttery crust and sweet mango filling.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups ripe mango, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add softened butter and vanilla, mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, combine mango, lemon juice, cornstarch, and mix well.
- Spread mango mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use ripe mango for best flavor.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be served with whipped cream.
