A rich and creamy fudge flavored with maple and bacon.
Ingredients

- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and heavy cream.
- Heat over medium heat until the mixture boils, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup, bacon, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served at room temperature.
- Can be topped with additional bacon bits for garnish.
