Tender chicken bites coated in a sweet maple garlic glaze served with a spicy Cajun Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne.
- Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- In another pan, heat heavy cream over low heat.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning until smooth.
- Combine chicken with the sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by changing the amount of cayenne pepper.
- Serve with pasta or rice for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
