Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, Sriracha, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
