Description
A refreshing salad made with marinated cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
Ingredients

- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture.
- Add fresh dill and toss well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
