- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm with sauce over the top.
