Description
Delicious and chewy marshmallow squares.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup of butter
- 4 cups of rice cereal
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix in the rice cereal until well coated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Let it cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be customized with nuts or dried fruit.
- Best enjoyed within a week.
