Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

- Rub the turkey with softened butter, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the cavity with fresh herbs, garlic, onion, celery, and carrots.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Roast the turkey for about 2-3 hours, basting it every 30 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
