  • 500g whipped cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100g chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and eggs in a bowl.
  3. Add melted butter and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let the cake cool completely.
  7. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff.
  8. Spread whipped cream over the cooled cake.
  9. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
