Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon sage
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey and sausage until browned.
- Add onion and celery, cooking until softened.
- Stir in bread crumbs, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth gradually, mixing until well combined.
- Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
- Use your favorite bread for the bread crumbs.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- This can be made a day ahead and reheated.
